Existing BPI Equity

The BPI Equity Credit is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash value, and it remains secure for 24 months after the end of your tenancy at a BPI rental property. Meaning, your equity can be used towards a home purchased within 24 months of ending your tenancy, the home does not need to be complete. BPI Equity credit can be combined with current sales-led promotions. It will be applied as a credit towards the purchase price on the purchaser's statement of adjustments upon closing, reducing the total amount you need to complete your purchase on the completion date. For clarity, the “BPI Equity Credit” will only be applied on closing and cannot be applied toward any deposits owing under the purchase agreement.
